  2. Requests to terminate processing, delete, and/or destroy data and information may result in the termination of your account or contractual relationship and transactions with us, with all rights and obligations to be fulfilled. After receiving notice to terminate processing, delete, and/or destroy your data and information, we will inform you of the possible consequences of such withdrawal, so you can decide whether you still want to terminate processing, delete, and/or destroy the data and information you have provided.
  3. Enable you to withdraw consent for processing data and information that has been given to us, based on the nature of the request you make with the understanding and acknowledgment that such request may be exempted for certain interests based on applicable laws and regulations. Withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of your account or contractual relationship and transactions with us with all rights and obligations to be fulfilled. After we receive notice to withdraw consent for processing your data and information, we will inform you of the possible consequences of such withdrawal, so you can decide whether you still want to withdraw the consent you have given.
  4. Implementation of your rights as referred to in Points  2 and 3 are submitted through a recorded request electronically submitted to us via email at info@propertech.co.id. We will follow up and evaluate the requests you submit.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

We commit not to trade or sell data and/or information to any party. We strive to the best of our ability and reasonably ensure that each of our employees is not involved in trading or selling data and/or information to anyone. We are not responsible for any losses you may incur in any form, including the risk of losses caused or related to such data and information, including if there is a failure to protect confidentiality, disclosure, access, acquisition, processing, storage, use, transfer, including disputes, investigations, audits, law enforcement, and any investigative process, which is not proven to be caused or involving us or our employees, representatives, agents, other affiliates (Loss).

In the event of a breach of confidentiality or failure to protect data, information, or Loss by a third party appointed as a data and/or information custodian, you cannot claim, demand compensation, or request any benefits from us (or our employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, or related parties). However, we will reasonably attempt to inform you of the breach of confidentiality when we become aware of it from the third party.

Furthermore, we (including our employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, or representatives) will not respond to claims, demands, requests, statements, and/or provide any indemnity arising from and/or related to the Loss you submit. Especially if without including a specific and accountable basis and/or calculation for the actual and direct losses you have experienced, along with concrete evidence acceptable by the relevant judicial institution regarding our errors or omissions based on, among others, Article 164 of Het Herziene Indonesisch Reglement, Article 1865, Article 1866 of the Indonesian Civil Code, and Article 5 paragraph 1 of Law Number 11 of 2008 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
